Bio
Javance is a native of Monroe, Louisiana who has been involved in sports most of his life. That involvement started as early as little league, then high school and then college with sports such as basketball, baseball and football. On the high school level he played basketball and baseball, upon graduating he went on to Grambling State University. A graduate of Grambling State University, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and also played baseball for the Tigers while there.
With sports being a passion he extended his experience with a Sports Management Certification as a Sports Agent Advisor from Sports Management World Wide where he was mentored by NBA Agent & Contract Negotiation Guru Joel Corry and NFL Agent Dr. Lynn Lashbrook. Because of that training he acquired knowledge in Agent Regulations, Athlete Management, Collective Bargaining Regulation, Contract Negotiation, Sponsorships and Draft Preparation. His past experience is a Sales and Sports Marketing Executive In New Business Development for the OKC Energy Professional Soccer Team. Event, Sales and Marketing Consultant with the Eddie G Robinson High School Football Classic presented by TeamUp Sports Consulting LLC. Working with the NFL Host Committee at Superbowl LVI.
